Abstract—On the basis of analysis of geological and hydrogeological conditions and archaeological investi-
gations in the area of the Ostankino architectural and landscape reserve, it is proposed to control underflooding
of the structural foundations of the palace-museum with maximum preservation of the historical landscape at
minimum cost.
