Abstract—Climatic changes would inevitably imply changes in the levels and discharges of groundwater. Pre-
diction of these changes is of interest in the fields of both long-term planning of management and protection of
groundwater resources and the solution of local geoecological and water management problems. In this con-
nection, forecasts of possible changes in both a regional and within the boundaries of individual watersheds or
hydrogeological provinces are necessary.
