Abstract—The results of the experimental studies of the thermal and temperature conductivity coefficients, the
heat capacity, the freezing (thawing) point, and the moisture phase composition of saline dispersed frozen soils,
obtained by different methods, are considered. The regularities of the variation in the considered properties,
depending on dispersion, mineral composition, moisture content, temperature, content of different salts, and
conditions of cryohydrate formation, are discussed.
