Abstract—The interaction between two varieties of solid phases of water—gas hydrate and ice—at changes in
pressure are considered. Peculiarities of the heat exchange caused by phase transformations of gas hydrate and
ice are analyzed. Conditions of ice formation in the decomposed gas hydrate field are formulated. A computer
simulation of the cryolithosphere dynamics under variable pressure is carried out.
